I joined BCA Skill Training Center to go to Singapore in 2006, and gained a lot of experience. Since then I realized that training is necessary to become skilled. Strongly felt the need of a Recruiting Agency and a Technical Training Institute with the aim of sending skilled workers where suitable lessons and training can be imparted to aspirants who wish to go abroad for technical employment. We have a large number of young intelligent educated and physically able people across the country. These youth can be an asset to Bangladesh if properly trained in technical and practical fields. They can be engaged in foreign missions and earn a lot of money and thus they can contribute to the national economy by earning foreign exchange. Back in Bangladesh I started working on building a technical institute and later a recruiting agency. Name of my technical institute: Diabari Technical Training and Testing Institute, and name of my agency: Diabari Employment Agency Ltd., which is operating in an area called Diabari, Uttara, north of capital Dhaka. The center provides complete training facilities for construction trades and marine trades. My center provides systematic training on both theoretical and practical basis. My center is designed to meet the international requirements of candidates and thus can always face international tests and examinations. My center is fully compliant and equipped with all training aids to make candidates feel comfortable working in any environment. Our students are now successfully working in Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries after passing all the exams. Now there is a constant demand for this technical training for the youth willing to take up the challenge of the country or abroad. International testing organizations are always welcome at our technical institute to visit our facilities and test the quality of candidates. I always feel that our students should be given the best possible training so that they can enhance their career in the best possible way to meet the needs of their family and motherland.
